SwitchCars was founded in 2020, at a time when the automotive market was shifting rapidly and more people were questioning the traditional model of car ownership with long-term debt.
What began as a small idea – making access to a car easier and more flexible – quickly grew into something much bigger. Customers responded to our honest approach, responsive service, and the reassurance of dealing with real people who genuinely cared.
Over the years, the business grew beyond garages, car yards, and shared workspaces. In early 2025, we proudly moved into our first dedicated office in Welshpool, marking an exciting new chapter for SwitchCars.
